MORE ABOUT
Ahmet Sait Yildirim
I am a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for providing evidence-based and individually tailored therapy. My training includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-based therapies, and more. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, treating a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, oppositional behaviours, and beyond.
A unique part of my approach is offering therapy that is culturally and religiously aligned. I understand that values, beliefs, and cultural identity deeply shape how people experience and cope with life’s challenges. My work ensures that these dimensions are respected and integrated into therapy, so clients feel supported in a way that honours their worldview.
If you are ready to take steps toward healing and growth, I would be honoured to provide compassionate and professional support. I currently see clients through Medicare Mental Health Care Plans, CTP and Worker’s Compensation schemes, private referrals, and NDIS pathways. In addition to therapy, I also provide diagnostic assessments, including IQ, ADHD, autism, and broader mental health assessments.
Seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive environment where you can explore your challenges and develop strategies that work for you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions — I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
